Liss MacCrimmon is a professional Scottish dancer sidelined by a knee injury who returns to her home town and walks straight into a murder.
• Face Down O'er the Border (2007): In 1577 Lady Appleton travels to Scotland to find her friend and solve a murder.
• Lethal Legend (2008): 4th and last in the Diana Spaulding series. In 1888, Diana returns to Bangor for her long-awaited wedding, but cannot resist a murder investigation on Keep Island.
